Role Overview
- Own the technical direction and day-to-day engineering operations of the platform.
- Drive architecture decisions, set code standards, and solve complex problems.
- Lead engineering practices (code review, QA, monitoring, AI tool use).
- Run agile processes (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate closely with Product to establish roadmap priorities and translate requirements into actionable work.
Requirements
- 8+ years software development experience
- 2+ years engineering team management experience
- 1+ years experience using AI technologies in professional context
- Expertise in web development (Javascript/Typescript), working across frontend, backend and databases.
- Strong engineering team management experience.
- Product collaboration skills.
- Meticulous communication and organisational skills.
- Agility & adaptability.
