About this role
Role Overview
On behalf of XOALA, drive sales growth of payment services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Manage business relationships and develop a strong sales pipeline.
Seek out and engage potential clients, including retail traders and institutional investors.
Establish and nurture strategic B2B partnerships across sectors.
Represent Xoala at industry events and networking opportunities.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and referrals, maintaining a high conversion rate.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
1-5 years proven B2B Sales experience, ideally within the FinTech/ Payment Solutions/ Forex or similar industries
Existing book of business will be considered a strong plus
Native/Business fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
Strong passion for sales and drive to generate leads
Ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Self-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
