Communicate the VP, Claims’ various expectations to partners and update agreements with partners as those needs evolve
Perform rigorous and regular follow-ups with the Claims division’s partners according to an approach and prioritization agreed with your manager
Contribute to updating dashboards and to analyses of partner performance across the different areas affecting costs, customer experience and the Claims division’s operational processes, and share results with partners, the senior advisor and management
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the various partners and organizations operating around the Claims area
Contribute to monitoring trends and identifying new business opportunities that could be implemented by current or future partners of the Claims division
Prepare partner meetings in collaboration with the team and management, and attend them when required
Collaborate with the Partnerships team and the Automotive Estimating team on various Claims projects as well as at consultation tables
Perform any other related duties
Requirements
Hold a university degree in a relevant field (business administration, project management, accounting, actuarial science, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to the role (including 3 years in property & casualty insurance)
Excellent command of French, spoken and written
Excellent understanding of issues related to commercial partnerships, operational performance and customer experience
Ability to interpret data and performance indicators to formulate strategic recommendations
Strong communication, influencing and cross-sector collaboration skills
