Develop and implement marketing strategies for FMC, NGP (Vuse), and secondary categories aligned with the brand.
Expand the portfolio through new products and categories, assessing their feasibility with key stakeholders and distributors.
Negotiate within new channels and key accounts to increase coverage, value, and competitiveness in the market.
Ensure effective execution in key accounts to drive the achievement of commercial objectives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper execution of projects and support activities.
Develop and execute the TMU platform to drive organic brand growth.
Analyze market, consumer, and promotional performance to identify opportunities and optimize commercial investment, designing tactical plans to drive volume growth and market share.
Manage budget, inventory, supply, and demand planning to maximize resources, prevent stockouts, and ensure profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Marketing Commercial professional with at least 2 years of experience.
Knowledge of budget management and distribution channels.
Supervision, motivation, effective communication, and staff training.
Strong negotiation and people management skills.
Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking.
Able to communicate with advance level of English.
Valid Driver’s license.
