Role Overview
- Building strong partnerships with our clients to help identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Managing the marketing and sales activities of our OEM Division
- Implementing strategies to increase our revenue growth
- Developing and building trust & credible relationships with the sales team
- Coaching and mentoring the sales team with our distributors
Requirements
- Experience in field sales
- Capacity to achieve results and motivate, persuade and influence decision makers as well as strong negotiation skills
- Selling skills to bring in new businesses whilst also maintaining existing accounts
- Excellent relationship management skills and the willingness to learn
