Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with approved scope, budget, and organizational priorities.
Create detailed work plans that define project activities, sequencing, timelines, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage required resources including staff, contractors, equipment, and capital funding.
Establish and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to accommodate operational impacts and patient care priorities.
Review project plans, schedules, and deliverables with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and approval.
Oversee bid packages, submittals, and vendor proposals to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Recruit, coordinate, and manage internal staff, external consultants, and contractors involved in project execution.
Facilitate project meetings, including stakeholder updates and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination sessions.
Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and vendor selection for specialized services such as commissioning, testing, and compliance programs.
Monitor daily project progress through site visits to proactively identify risks, minimize disruptions, and protect patient care environments.
Manage project documentation, including reports, risk assessments, permits, Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA), and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSMs).
Oversee financial performance by tracking budgets, managing change orders, processing capital requisitions, and ensuring cost control.
Lead project closeout activities, including transition planning, staff training, equipment installation, and final acceptance of completed work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
6 Years of Project Management experience, Management experience, or Construction Management related experience
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Ability to review and interpret floor plans, as applicable for the Sr. PM in Facilities
PMI (PMP) Certification Preferred: 6 years of healthcare experience
Ability to use CAD, as applicable for the Sr. PM in Facilities
Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
