You will design and deliver VMware / Hyper-V and collaboration solutions that meet client requirements and timelines.
You will serve as the technical authority on VMware / Hyper-V projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancement, administration, policy development, and user training.
You will work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VMware / Hyper-V, in accordance with contract SLAs.
You will mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team, providing guidance on technical and soft skills.
You will function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills, advising on, implementing, and managing complex solution and service deployments for clients.

8+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 10+ years of related industry experience.
Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
Certifications and Trainings
VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Network Virtualization Deploy (VCAP‑NV, 2024), VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Network Virtualization Design (VCAP‑NV, 2024), VMware Cloud Foundation Architect (2V0-13.25).
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Technical Knowledge: VCF 9.0 architecture and new capabilities, VCF 5x and 9x hands-on experience, VCF Operations integration, VMware validated solutions and reference architectures, vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.
