Role Overview
- Provide key user support and incident management
- Develop and maintain testing documentation
- Support resolution of system issues and bugs
- Assist in testing and impact assessment of system changes
- Provide input on reporting improvements and data analysis tools
- Support K/E user training sessions and materials
- Manage deployment-related development requests
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or IT systems
- Experience in R&D, Quality, R&D systems, Supply or DT/Business partnership
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience with Power Platforms (Apps, Power Automate, PBI)
- Strong data analysis capability
