5+ years in technical roles (DevOps, Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science)
Proven end-to-end software engineering experience across the full lifecycle: from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment and production operations
Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms combined with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and an eye for portability across environments
Strong coding ability and the mindset of a polyglot engineer
Proven experience with coding agents and agentic development tools in practice
Ability to design and build products from scratch, turning ambiguous problems into working software that delivers value end to end
Experience bringing software into production in a secure, reliable and responsible way, with solid understanding of testing, deployment, runtime operations and production readiness
Security and observability awareness: best practices for monitoring, compliance, and reliability in AI systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams
Agile experience (SCRUM or Kanban) and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
