Responsible for selling products and solutions to meet our customer’s requirements within ANZ.
Products include STATCOMs, Synchronous Condensers, MV Drives, SFC's.
Develop commercial expertise across ANZ, product lines, markets, and sales processes.
Influences customer outcomes and ensures client satisfaction across a large and diverse sales territory.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
Utilises understanding of industry trends to inform decision-making process.
Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
Has the ability to evaluate the quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Influences functional teams and projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in sales, commercial, or business development roles within Energy, Renewables, Rail, Datacentres, Electrical Utilities or adjacent infrastructure sectors.
Strong exposure to the Australian and New Zealand energy sector, including transmission, renewables or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to manage complex, long‑cycle sales opportunities independently
Experience with power electronics or rotating electrical equipment is an advantage, but not essential
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging at senior customer levels
Clear, structured communication and presentation skills
A collaborative working style and the ability to influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams
Willingness and ability to travel across ANZ as required (up to ~25%)
