Role Overview
- Conduct a full audit of the current reporting flows
- Design end-to-end reporting experiences across mobile, web and desktop
- Create scalable UX flows covering different user states and jurisdictions
- Develop concepts in Figma
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, Legal and Trust & Safety teams
- Explore how AI/LLM-driven interactions can be integrated into the reporting flow
- Deliver annotated designs and clear specifications
Requirements
- Experience designing complex UX
- Experience within trust & safety, compliance or reporting flows
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Legal, Policy and Engineering
- Confident owning end-to-end design work
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience designing for large-scale consumer products (mobile-first)
