Build and maintain customer segments and computed traits, including category affinity and enthusiast audiences, using browsing, favourites and purchase signals.
Translate propensity and affinity models into targetable customer segments, working closely with Segmentation, Creative, Data and Analytics teams.
Set up and quality check campaign and journey targeting to ensure the right content and message reaches the right audience every time.
Analyse test and campaign results, including conversion, revenue per send and unsubscribe rate, and feed clear learnings back into the programme.
Support broadcast and automation execution with sharper targeting, help strengthen the data foundation, catalogue, identity and customer traits in partnership with the Analytics team, and contribute to clear documentation of segmentation logic and best practices.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, analytics, marketing, or a related field, with a strong desire to build expertise in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, including SQL or BigQuery, combined with an AI-first mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to ensuring accurate audience targeting and campaign execution.
Curiosity, ownership, clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
