You support the search for new collaboration partners
You will learn, over the course of the collaboration, how inquiries and proposals are prepared and submitted
You will learn about price negotiations and market pricing; additionally, you will receive initial opportunities (by arrangement) to demonstrate your negotiation skills and to participate in price negotiations with suppliers and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and common pitfalls, and begin to review initial contracts
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats/shows. In the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on your development, will be gradually entrusted with more responsibility.
Requirements
Practical experience such as an internship, working-student position and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident user of major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
