Own and execute critical cross-functional projects across the company.
Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.
Drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure execution happens.
Lead special projects spanning operations, go-to-market, marketing, product, recruiting, finance, and fundraising.
Build processes and systems that help the company scale.
Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep priorities moving forward.
Conduct research, analysis, and business planning to support key decisions.
Take responsibility for entire business outcomes—not just individual tasks.
Requirements
+5 years of experience in high-performance environments.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to independently lead projects and deliver results.
Strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C-level executives.
High ownership mentality and accountability.
Ability to operate effectively across multiple functions.
Comfortable with uncertainty, rapid change, and ambitious goals.
Strong cultural fit: low ego, highly collaborative, and deeply motivated by impact.
Fluent in English is a must
