Coordinate global partner initiatives, tracking delivery with internal product teams and media partners
Analyse and report on global media investment, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Manage proof of delivery (POD), ensuring all deliverables meet contractual commitments
Manage invoicing, revenue tracking, reconciliation and support the finance team in collection & payables related to partner projects
Prepare partner briefings, presentations, and reports
Share partner updates, best practices, and new opportunities across local teams
Support webinars, training, and partner education programmes
Ongoing support to biddable global and local teams: platform access, user rights and ad account creation & management
Requirements
First-Class degree in marketing, media, or a related field; experience in media operations, digital media, or partnerships is desirable but not essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret investment and performance data
High attention to detail, particularly with financial and reporting processes
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with advertising platforms like DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, LinkedIn ads
