Role Overview
- Provide professional field service support for Molecular Devices products
- Perform installations, service repair, and preventative maintenance
- Analyze and solve problems for clients
- Provide timely, high quality, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Industry relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience
- Knowledge of assembly level fault detection and testing
- Customer focussed with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
