Partner closely with OutSystems Account Teams to identify expansion opportunities.
Act as a direct extension of our global Product and Engineering teams.

Proven track record performing Forward-Deployed Engineering, Senior Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting roles within complex enterprise environments.
Exceptional ability to build trust on-site with corporate stakeholders.
Deep, hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying custom AI solutions directly into production environments.
Strong technical proficiency with Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Model (LLM)-based workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and complex enterprise system integrations.
Experience preparing, structuring, and optimizing complex enterprise data architectures (including unstructured and semi-structured data) specifically for AI/ML ingestion.
Solid understanding of enterprise-grade AI governance, security frameworks, data privacy, guardrails, and local Japanese compliance requirements.
Excellent consultative engineering skills.
Willingness to work consistently on-site with strategic enterprise customers in the Nagoya/Chubu region as required by the mission.
Japanese: Native or bilingual fluency (written and verbal). Ability to communicate technical complexities clearly and respectfully (Keigo) to traditional enterprise clients.
English: Business-level fluency (written and verbal) to serve as a primary bridge to global product teams.
