About this role
Role Overview
- Define onboarding and upselling processes to identify opportunities.
- Manage the referral program to identify Yooz ambassadors and customer success stories to showcase.
- Identify customers who can contribute to our marketing initiatives.
- Conduct interviews and create supporting materials and content.
- Strengthen communication with our users through our communication tools.
- Plan and deliver webinars in French and English with our partners and customers.
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent, with ideally initial experience in similar customer-focused roles.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth company environment.
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
