Be in daily contact with our Captains community on Circle, answer questions, moderate discussions and support Captains with general concerns as well as app-related issues
Process incoming Groove tickets and handle individual requests and feedback from our Captains regarding app usage
Review new applications, guide candidates through the recruiting process in Notion, and actively support the growth of our Captains community
Analyze monthly activity of our Captains, conduct individual reviews, and follow up with less active Captains or in cases of unusual meeting behavior
Plan, organize and moderate regular digital Captain events and exchange formats via Zoom
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in communications, marketing, media, event management, business administration (BWL) or a comparable field
Initial relevant experience in community management, customer support, recruiting, event management or online marketing (ideally experience in a digital environment, a startup or a community-focused platform)
Confident use of tools such as Notion, ticketing systems and data exports; ability to prepare technical issues clearly and pass them on
Experience independently coordinating processes, reviews and events
Very good written communication skills: professional, empathetic and at the same time motivating communication style in German
