You will work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic importance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH, US and beyond)
You will work on internal projects to improve company efficiency and growth
You prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations and solid financial calculations
Support sourcing and recruiting. Work with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team

You are studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or you are currently in a gap year
You have already gained initial experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (startup)
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner as part of a team
You have strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
You stand out through your communicative and open personality as well as your entrepreneurial drive, and you proactively lead and advance topics independently
In addition to excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs, you are business-fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
