Drive sales opportunities direct at the customer to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and execute a territory sales plan in close collaboration with the Director, Sales Central Europe
Drive opportunity funnel development & maintain rigor using a market leading CRM
Sell & negotiate with technical and procurement departments
Develop and maintain existing and new target accounts across the territory in conjunction with the wider commercial organisation
Selling across the entire product portfolio, develop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab to commercial scale operations
Provide Manufacturing and Quality operations with information to support forecasting, customer complaint handling and facility audits
Execute all aspects of field sales activity and customer engagement to include: frequent customer site visits; technical presentations; innovation days; quotes preparation & follow up
Attend, manage, and follow-up on all marcom & trade show activities inc. timely lead management
Requirements
A minimum of a BSc degree + in a scientific discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries
A strong understanding of Cell Culture, Chromatography and Filtration
Proven successful sales track record and key account management experience
Demonstrable Prospecting & Qualification skills
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Professional Sales & Negotiation trainings
AI awareness & basic competence
Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory (50%)
