Manage the complete product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, including setting performance metrics, planning enhancements or cost reductions
Drive market communication strategies, including launch planning and execution, while managing go-to-market channels with partners, Marketing, and Sales teams
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, and market-driven portfolio development
Highly skilled in product management, customer needs analysis, and portfolio lifecycle management
Experience in low voltage electrification solutions or technology solutions
Familiar with Agile methodology and a mindset geared toward innovation
Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering, with demonstrated track record in strategic solution/portfolio management
Experience in low-voltage applications, particularly in high-power electrical distribution (circuit breakers, switchgears, automatic transfer switches, etc.)
Must be fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian, French) are a plus.
