Strategic consulting & systems analysis: provide strategic advice and develop innovative solutions to increase employee satisfaction

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management or customer success management
Strong customer and service orientation
Empathy, confident presence and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills — clear, persuasive and strong presentation abilities
Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style
High level of organizational ability and solid commercial/business know-how
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
