About this role
Role Overview
Advise employees on topics such as Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision and personal finances
Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) to ensure an excellent customer experience
Handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation through to implementation
Explain complex topics clearly and in a way tailored to the target audience
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
Structured, independent and solution-oriented, with excellent German language skills
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
