Professional assessment: You evaluate examination performances objectively, in a legally sound manner, and based on the current competency areas, in alignment with Lingoda’s examination philosophy.
Online learning support: You lead and facilitate interactive case discussions in the virtual classroom and prepare our international nursing professionals effectively for their exams.
Quality assurance: Through your high-quality online teaching and precise examination skills, you make a significant contribution to the exceptionally high pass rates of our participants.

Education & qualification: A completed university degree (at least Bachelor’s) in nursing education, medical education or health sciences with a pedagogical focus.
Professional background: Completed nursing qualification (general nursing, geriatric nursing or pediatric nursing).
Teaching & examination experience: Experience conducting oral and/or practical examinations in clinical nursing or in the generalist nursing education.
Subject matter expertise: Deep knowledge of the generalist nursing curriculum, in particular the competency areas defined by the Nursing Professions Act.
Language proficiency: Native-level German (C2+) and excellent communication skills for virtual instruction.
Flexibility & mobility: Willingness to travel within Bavaria for on-site exam days and temporal flexibility (ideally at least one day per week, from 08:00 to 14:30).
