At least 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience within the last 5 years
Drive to achieve exceptional results, demonstrated through commitment and skill
Passion for telephone-based sales and interacting with customers
Motivated and strong communicator
Enjoys working and has a positive attitude
Excellent written and spoken German
