Under supervision of Trust Advisor, interpret trust and will documents and applicable law to ensure the proper set-up of account records
Communicate with beneficiaries and co-executors or co-trustees to outline administrative procedures
Handle ongoing day-to-day administration of accounts, including coordinating and facilitating transactions, new account openings, trust terminations, and account reviews
Act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors
Prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings
Requirements
Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required
Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
