Work on issues in demanding strategy, specialist and implementation projects
Advise our clients on strategy, governance and processes in the areas of lending, property valuation, refinancing, risk management and sustainability
Develop consulting products that consider client needs, market developments, and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
Support the Executive Board in further developing the company with respect to strategy and processes

Completed university degree in economics or a related field
Initial practical experience in a lending or real estate company and/or in a consulting firm with a focus on the financial services industry (for Junior Consultants)
Minimum of two years of demonstrable, relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultants)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident presence and enjoyment of client-facing work
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
