About this role

Advising on client projects covering all aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Analyzing client-specific HR requirements
Advising business departments on implementation and supporting projects through to completion
Professional exchange with project and team members
Close collaboration with our developers on technical aspects

Completed degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, vocational training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
Interest in diving deeper into the SAP ecosystem and understanding the code better (this helps to troubleshoot and resolve issues)
You enjoy solving puzzles and strive to present the best solution to customers
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Very good German and good English skills
Some willingness to travel – business trips are infrequent but do occur :)
