You take ownership of implementation projects for our Legal Suite software — from planning through go-live, including schedules, milestones and risk management
You analyze customer requirements and translate them into concrete system configurations (e.g., data migration, customizing, permission settings)
You run customer workshops, capture requirements in a structured manner and document outcomes for implementation
You coordinate closely with internal teams (Development, Product, Support) to ensure smooth project delivery
You handle complex customer inquiries at 2nd-level support and independently develop solution-oriented approaches
You conduct software training sessions and empower customers to use the solution efficiently
You support your customers throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to continuous optimization
You identify optimization opportunities and actively contribute your insights to the development of product and processes
You ensure project progress and adherence to quality and financial parameters (effort, timeline, billing)
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, e.g., in consulting, customer success, support, project management or training — ideally in a SaaS and/or LegalTech environment
A degree in IT or a comparable qualification; a legal background is an advantage
Experience with project management methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Wrike
Strong technical affinity, ideally with knowledge of SaaS, data models or system environments (SQL is a plus)
Practical experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics)
Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
Structured, organized way of working and the ability to manage tasks independently
High customer orientation combined with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
Analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to solving complex issues
Strong team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to travel occasionally, e.g., for customer meetings or coordination with international teams
