Executive Research, Operations Assistant – AI Powered

Role Overview

• Conducting detailed company, market, and competitor research
• Producing investment and business briefing reports
• Reviewing legal, commercial, and corporate documents
• Supporting due diligence and transaction processes
• Analyzing funding rounds, investor activity, and market trends
• Preparing summaries, recommendations, and action plans
• Managing operational projects and following them through to completion
• Assisting with client-facing communications and virtual meetings
• Using AI platforms to accelerate research and workflow efficiency
• Identifying problems independently and proposing solutions

Requirements

• Advanced user of modern AI tools, including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini
• Understanding of advanced prompting techniques, document analysis workflows, AI-assisted research, knowledge connectors and integrations, multi-source information synthesis, building repeatable AI workflows
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources
• Quickly identify key insights
• Analyze complex business situations
• Produce concise and actionable reports
• Work through ambiguity without requiring step-by-step instructions
• Experience in executive assistance, venture capital, private equity, investment research, corporate finance, legal or paralegal work, business analysis, strategy consulting
• Experience using platforms like PitchBook, FactSet, Morningstar, AlphaSense, or similar research tools is highly advantageous
