Support the coordination of interdisciplinary working groups for the Group and its operating companies (OpCos), monitoring project milestones and deliverables;
Work on initiatives involving culture and change management, process optimization and continuous improvement, tools, governance and organizational structure, strengthening collaboration between the CPO and the Abra Group OpCos;
Lead the CPO’s data management, including analysis and development of insights on operational performance, cost savings and synergies, proactively identifying deviations and opportunities to support leadership decision-making;
Monitor schedules, deliverables, budgets and objectives for CPO projects and related areas within the Abra Group.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (degree or proof of graduation);
Excel: Advanced functions, pivot tables and data analysis;
Power BI: Building dashboards and interactive reports;
Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba or similar;
Project management experience;
Fluent English.
Preferred:
Experience in aviation projects, aeronautical engineering, maintenance or consulting;
Knowledge of project management tools and fleet management;
Previous experience in shared services centers;
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile), Design Thinking, Change Management or Financial Analysis.
