Customer Service Analyst, Junior

Role Overview

• Conduct assessments of client needs;
• Record client requests and forward them to the appropriate department;
• Handle inquiries and provide end-to-end (360°) client management;
• Resolve conflicts and monitor processes generated during service interactions;
• Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through billing;
• Contribute to process improvements that increase these clients' NPS;
• Analyze billing data, redemptions, and other related metrics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience in the Loyalty segment or at marketing agencies is a plus.
