Bachelor's degree required
Advanced Excel: proficient in handling datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Power BI: dashboard development and data analysis
Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning
Hands-on experience with root cause analysis
Ability to turn data into actionable insights for decision-making
Autonomy to conduct analyses and prioritize tasks
Good communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
