Account Executive, Mid-level

Role Overview

• Read and understand all items in client contracts;
• Be responsible for maintaining client management routines, acting as the client's focal point for the operation;
• Be responsible for escalating to the appropriate levels to resolve day-to-day issues and conflicts;
• Have knowledge and the ability to manage contract communications, leading the process and interfacing with cross-functional areas to ensure deliveries (creative, DBM, CRM, Performance, Activation);
• Internally coordinate the flow of communication with different areas: creative, front-end, DBM;
• Manage quality indicators to ensure an efficient operation;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience in roles involving regular client contact;
• Experience with digital platforms / CRM;
• Knowledge of customer support (back-office — N1 and N2 ticket/support levels).
