Implement and manage EDR and XDR solutions using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, ensuring effective threat detection and response;
Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune to manage mobile devices and desktops, applying security policies, patch management, and access control;
Create and maintain data classification, protection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and Azure Information Protection (AIP) to ensure regulatory compliance and data security;
Develop and manage Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within Entra ID to ensure secure identity and access control;
Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement threat protection solutions using Microsoft Defender for Office 365, protecting the environment from phishing, malware, and other cyberattacks;
Continuously monitor security and data protection policies in the Microsoft 365 environment, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum protection;
Ensure all implemented solutions comply with security regulations and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Defense, IT Management, or related fields;
Solid experience in Microsoft 365 security and administration, with strong knowledge of tools such as Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Intune, and Azure Information Protection;
Strong knowledge of data protection and DLP solutions integrated with Microsoft 365;
Experience managing mobile devices and security policies via Microsoft Intune;
Proficiency with Entra ID and security policies for identity and access management (IAM);
Ability to manage advanced threat protection for email and files with Defender for Office 365;
Experience with auditing and compliance in Microsoft 365, ensuring adherence to privacy and security standards;
Intermediate English (reading and writing).
