Supervisor, Credits – PB Insurance Credits

Role Overview

• Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the PB Insurance Credits team
• Monitors corrections related to discrepancies
• Reviews and tracks data regarding credit resolution activities
• Engages in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Evaluates potential new colleagues and makes hiring recommendations

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in revenue management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
