directs initiatives to support the adoption and integration of navigation
oversees data collection, develops data reports, leads program evaluation, identifies areas for program and process improvement
builds and manages relationships with key partners, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to maximize program utilization, facilitating cross-department communication and collaboration
provides guidance, coordination, and oversight to ensure the team functions effectively and remains aligned with program goals
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years relevant experience acceptable
Minimum 5 years of experience managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating public health or patient care programs
Minimum 3-5 years of people leader or supervisory experience
Knowledge of the principles and practices of patient navigation
Knowledge of cancer, cancer control, and cancer care delivery
Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
Knowledge of the operations and management of health systems
Knowledge of program management and grants management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to set and meet deadlines and maintain schedules for deliverables related to multiple projects
Ability to interact, collaborate, and effectively communicate across multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and priorities, operational efficiencies, and organizational impact
Ability to conduct program evaluation, interpret data, and make data-driven programmatic decisions
Ability to evaluate and prioritize new opportunities, set strategic goals, and determine the best allocation of resources to achieve organizational goals and optimize performance
Ability to supervise and provide leadership to staff in multiple locations
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the Society's mission, priorities, and cancer care delivery strategies in a wide variety of settings
