Lead execution of the EMEA services strategy, including planning and oversight of key programs across consulting services, incident response, risk advisory, red team assessment, and training.
Deliver go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with sales and sales engineering teams across EMEA, including sales enablement, pre-sales support, and demand generation.
Represent the business in executive briefings, client meetings, partner events, and thought leadership activities such as marketing events, webinars and PR.
Provide delivery oversight by aligning resources, supporting revenue attainment, and strengthening delivery performance across the region.
Work with strategic programs to define management frameworks, best practices, and improvement initiatives that support delivery excellence, practice growth, and operational consistency to ensure practice success.
Act as a senior sponsor for key engagements, building trusted relationships with client executives, partners, and internal stakeholders while shaping client journeys and recommendation roadmaps.
Align regional priorities with senior leadership, manage risks and issues affecting execution, and provide clear updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Shape the regional services operating model to improve scalability, consistency, and alignment with strategic growth priorities.
Work with ecosystem partners to support joint engagements and co-delivered operating models that create mutual value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, with strong expertise in risk management.
Strong understanding of cyber resilience, risk management, threat intelligence, Security Operations, red team, DFIR, readiness, and technical assessment methodologies.
Proven success in a senior leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.
Experience engaging CxO audience on cyber security, resilience and risk topics.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity within regulated environments, including compliance obligations and operating constraints.
Strong analytical judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-reasoned decisions with incomplete information.
Experience managing commercial performance, including optimisation for budgeting, forecasting, profit margin, and resource management.
Experience operating within a large, complex, multinational partner ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality consulting and advisory projects successfully and manage multiple disciplines and programs simultaneously.
