Serve as the primary in-business communications advisor for the Technology Business Operations function, supporting major initiatives, transformation efforts, and key events.
Simplify complex, technical, or competing messages into clear, concise, and focused content that helps employees understand priorities, changes, and required actions.
Manage and maintain an integrated editorial calendar to streamline communications, reduce duplication, and ensure timely, coordinated, and actionable messaging across initiatives.
Translate highly technical and operational topics into plain-language, business-relevant communications while preserving accuracy and intent.
Partner closely with Technology stakeholders, Engagement teams, OCM, and Marcom to align messaging strategies and deliver consistent communications using approved tools and channels.
Act as a subject matter expert in communications strategy, influencing and promoting best practices that support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Collaborate with senior leaders and key decision-makers to drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring messaging is cohesive, relevant, and impactful.
Requirements
Strong experience in communications, change management, or business operations within a technology-driven environment
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences
Excellent written, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating communications across multiple initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Familiarity with organizational change management principles and communication frameworks
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations or digital initiatives
Background working with Marketing Communications or internal communications teams
Knowledge of enterprise communication tools and channels
Experience in financial services or regulated industries (if applicable)
