Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project.
Lead the development, review, and implementation of quality improvement frameworks.
Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.
Oversee the assessment of VA Medical Center performance data.
Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members.
Monitor project progress against established timelines and performance metrics.

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration and executive leadership within the VA healthcare system.
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
Direct, hands-on experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare enterprise.
Ability to obtain and maintain VA facility access credentials.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program environment.
