Role Overview
- Own the full lifecycle of retail purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment
- Proactively identify risks to fill rates, including inventory shortages or production delays
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Mass accounts
- Ensure all orders flawlessly meet retailer compliance requirements to actively monitor and reduce chargebacks tied to execution errors
Requirements
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher is mandatory)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (CPG background is highly preferred)
- Direct hands-on experience with Fedex, Target, Doordash or Walmart accounts is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of EDI platforms, retail compliance, and complex routing requirements
- Highly organized with a relentless attention to detail
