Provide support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter
Serve as a technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives
Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts
Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts
Develop advanced technological ideas and guide their development into a final product
Provide IT services in multiple technical areas (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications, and Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, and operations research)
Requirements
Five (5) years of relevant C&A experience
Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A experience
Experience in assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large, complex organizations
Capability to work on various operating systems and additional programming languages
Experience in at least four projects in a large organization responsible for administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale computer database
Relevant certification meeting DOD IAM level III Security Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen DOD Secret Clearance required
