Perform daily Personnel/Payroll department routines, ensuring organization and compliance of processes.
Manage hiring, terminations, vacation, and leave processes.
Control and reconcile payroll, labor taxes, and benefits.
Interface with accounting, vendors, and payroll systems.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor obligations and legal deadlines.
Support benefits administration as a point of contact for employees and vendors (e.g., platforms such as Flash).
Organize, control, and update employee documents and records.
Assist management in process improvement and standardization of payroll/Personnel routines.

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Relevant experience in Personnel/Payroll routines.
Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Experience with payroll and/or HR management systems.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear communication, strong organization, and professional demeanor.
Preferred: Experience in companies with multiple locations.
Familiarity with eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and payroll-related taxes and contributions.
Experience with benefits platforms (e.g., Flash).
Experience in process improvement and organizing routine workflows.
