About this role

Perform registration, maintenance and updating of real estate contracts in SAP RE.
Review contracts, amendments, assignments, subleases, renewals, terminations and other real estate instruments to ensure correct system parameterization.
Register commercial terms, indexation clauses, discounts, guarantees, leased areas and other contractual information.
Create, modify and close Economic Units (EUs) in SAP.
Ensure the quality and integrity of the real estate master data.
Identify and correct registration and documentation inconsistencies.
Support internal and external audits related to the contract database.
Work collaboratively with Real Estate Management, Legal, Finance and Accounts Payable teams.
Prepare controls and monitoring reports for the area’s activities.
Organize and keep contractual documentation up to date.

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience with contract registration and management.
Knowledge of and prior experience with SAP RE (Real Estate) – mandatory requirement.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Analytical ability and attention to detail.
Organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
Experience in corporate real estate management.
Knowledge of lease, sublease, assignment, renewal and termination contracts.
Experience working in large organizations and environments with a high contract volume.
