Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
Design and interpret key performance metrics
Deliver insights & recommendations
Maintain weekly forecasts of business performance for product leadership
Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, crafting the messages for sales and product leadership
Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the businesses
Troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes
Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
Partner with peer analysts to innovate and automate work processes using the latest analytics and AI tools, including Tableau Next, Claude, Slackbot AI, and Gemini
Requirements
2+ years' of experience (Analyst) and 4+ years' of experience (Senior Analyst) focused on quantitative analysis
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
High degree of comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
Work experience in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, or sales operations is a plus
Experience aggregating large datasets using SQL, Python, and / or Tableau required
Experience automating and streamlining data analytics using AI tools a plus.
