Master’s degree in business administration/ HR/ Psychology
Experience of 3
6 years in L&D
Overall, 6 years of experience in learning management
Experience and knowledge on program management
Knowledge and experience in instructional design
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats
Experience in developing e-learning content preferable
Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
