Oversee deployments across markets
Accountable for end‑to‑end program planning, governance, and execution across technology workstreams
Ensure alignment with parallel business transformation initiatives and executive priorities
Own the integrated program plan for SAP S/4HANA global template design and phased country deployments
Establish and manage program governance, cadence, risk management, and dependency tracking
Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographies
Ensure tight integration between the SAP program and parallel business transformation initiatives
Manage cross‑program dependencies and sequencing to minimize delivery risk
Provide concise, executive‑level updates on progress, risks, financials, and decision points
Serve as the liaison between internal teams, business integrator(s), and systems integrator(s)

10+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs
Proven leadership of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including global template design and multi-country planning and rollout
Strong background in technology-led transformation programs
Demonstrated experience working with systems integrators and business integrators
Project management credentials (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations
Familiarity with SAP Activate and large SI delivery models
Strong financial acumen related to program budgeting and forecasting
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity at scale
Strong integration mindset across technology and business transformation
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% internationally
