Drive new business development within assigned accounts
Identify and prioritize opportunities; develop strategic sales plans
Lead proposal development in collaboration with internal teams
Define competitive pricing and solutions aligned with client needs
Build strong client relationships and support deal closure
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving targets
Experience in life sciences, CRO, or related industry
Project management experience, including client negotiations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of drug development and commercialization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)
Experience in a CRO, life sciences company, or consulting (life sciences focus preferred)
Multiple years previous experience in B2B sales role, preferably in a CRO, Life Sciences Company or Consulting background specializing in Life Sciences
Experience in project management within the life sciences industry or a CRO, including experience in client negotiations.
