About this role
Role Overview
Assist in identifying new opportunities, applications, segments, and markets for products and capabilities.
Build solid relationships with customers at management levels in the organization and with internal functional groups.
Work as a team with other MKS Account Managers and Inside process Supervisors to grow total business.
Develop and execute strategies for territory and specific accounts and provide accurate orders forecast to Sales Management.
Attend tradeshows, conferences and make other visits (up to 30% travel).
Manage and maintain orders pipeline and opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Identify, collect, and disseminate sales best practices, customer requirements, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of related experience required
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
